Frequently asked questions

Questions before the start

Do you do my area?

The service map is highlighted in the section 'contact'. If your location is in the marked area, it is covered by services. If your address is on the verge, or a couple of miles out of the area, please do not hesitate to contact us, as the one-off jobs might be taken further out of the regular cleaning area.

How much do you charge?

The price, which is below the each service description is very close average.

The Prices for window cleaning are calculated from the various factors as the access, number of them, type of the windows and regular pollutants around.
The Prices for gutter cleaning and cladding fascia/soffit board must be calculated from the measurements and pollution. The average prices are below the service description.
The price for the conservatory cleaning service is estimated for a modern uPVC-built frame.
The Quote is free without obligation and valid on all services.

How do you clean?

Window cleaning is performed with the water-fed pole and pure water. It is more efficient than the traditional method with squeegee. Pure water does not leave streaks when dry, so the windows must not be touched by cloth.

Gutter cleaning is performed by hoover, without dirt around the house. All waste is disposed by cleaner, not in your garden. Small fixings, such as elbow blockage or clipping back the gutter provided.

Fascia/Soffit/gutter cleaning is done by water-fed pole, not by ladder and cloth, which ensures the reaching over conservatories...

Questions during the regular cleaning

It's gonna rain, are you still coming?

There are two points to focus on, Safety and Efficiency.
Safety - the window cleaner has all the knowledge required by UK law regarding Health and Safety specifically suited to the nature of business, and is properly certified with BWCA.

The Efficiency - mainly comes from the regularity, then from the method and experience of the cleaner.

How often do you come?

Regular Window Cleanings are based on 4, 6, and 8-week period for households. Some areas are on 6 or 8-week periods only. Anything above 12 weeks is considered a one-off cleaning.

So, when are you coming next?

Your cleaning should be exactly the same day and around the same time, every 4, 6 or 8 weeks. If there is any disruption, window cleaner will notice you in advance, if this disruption will prolong more than 5 working days.

Ok, but can you skip this one? Or just can you come later? It does not suit me this time.

First of all, skipping off one 8-week period cleaning is 16 weeks without cleaning, therefore one-off cleaning price is applied. Even if the cleaning will be postponed for some time, the next cleaning will be according to the scheduling prior to change. Not calculated from the last postponed cleaning.

How do I pay?

One-Off cleanings must be paid on the day of the service unless agreed otherwise by card or cash.

Regular payments must be paid online up to 14 days if the invoice does not state differently, and with the cash in the same day.
